Richland Pest & Bee Control’s Bee Barrier is a specialized service that prevents and limits dangerous stinging insects and wood-destroying bees from nesting on or within a structure. The chemical is placed specifically where wasps and wood-destroying bees will attempt to nest. The process works similarly to how mosquito repellent works on your body. However, in this case, wasps & wood-destroying insects will be repelled from the structure.
Pest+ Prevention is a maintenance program designed to treat existing ant populations as well as ant control to prevent ant colonies from re-establishing nests on the interior of the structure. The program consists of a minimum of 2 exterior treatments throughout the year. Interior treatments are provided at no additional charge on an as-needed basis. This allows us to minimize the use of pesticides on the interiors of structures and helps prevent the over-use of chemicals. The Pest+ service is designed to treat carpenter ants, but the plan also covers over two dozen other “occasional invaders” such as spiders, stink bugs, flies, and centipedes.
Our approach to rodent control is based on a three-step plan. First, we eliminate current populations, then work on preventing future infestations. Finally, we can perform continued maintenance to help catch future issues before they become a bigger problem. Once you have completed a rodent remediation package, you are eligible to sign up for our annual maintenance plan. This service includes a minimum of four treatments throughout the year with additional services provided as needed, with a maximum of ten stops allowed per year. During your service, we will apply an all-natural rodent repellent to the exterior of the home. We will also inspect any rodent materials we have installed inside the structure.
